Pitchfork Farm is a 25-acre certified organic vegetable farm, wholesaling directly to restaurants, grocery stores, the Intervale Food Hub and other distributors. Since 2006 Eric and Rob have specialized in salad greens, root crops, peppers, radishes, onions, herbs and cabbages. Today with 10-12 crew members, they supply over 50 accounts of various sizes all over the greater Burlington area with the highest quality organic produce.
