Cost
The cost for tours or phone consultations, with the exception of Extended Sessions and Speaking Engagements, is $100 per hour.
Phone consultations shorter than one hour will be prorated at 15-minute increments. If a tour group is greater than 20 people, a second staff member will be provided, and the cost will increase by $100 per hour.
The cost for Extended Sessions and Speaking Engagements will be negotiated during the process of customizing your unique event and will depend on the elements, timing, travel costs, number of staff required, etc.

One-Hour Tour: The one-hour guided tour takes guests through our historic farmstead to our greenhouse complex. Along the way, we share the history and evolution of Intervale Center work, with special emphasis on current programs.
Two-Hour Tour: Includes everything listed in the One-Hour Tour plus a presentation and Q&A with specific program staff. The Administrative Coordinator will work with you to understand your group’s unique interests and needs.
Phone Consultation: Request a phone consultation with an Intervale Center staff member.
Half-Day Session/Program Specific Consultation: We offer one-on-one support to help you develop and implement your own food systems programming. Includes a tour, presentation and Q&A, and consultation with program staff.
Extended Sessions at the Intervale Center: If you’re looking for a more immersive experience, Intervale Center staff will spend a day with your organization. An eight-hour day includes an in-depth discussion with our Executive Director, presentations by program staff, an extended tour, and meetings with farmers.
Speaking Engagements and Support at Your Site: We travel nationally and internationally to share the Intervale Center story and support your efforts on the ground where you are. These visits are customized by client, and we will work with you to put together a program that fits your needs.
