celebrating vermont’s farmers and producers

The Intervale Food Hub works with over 80 farmers, producers, and distributors, whether it be through gleaning for Fairshare, purchasing for wholesale customers, or providing a service. We couldn’t do the work we do without their dedication to feed their community.

bone mountain farm

Bone Mountain Farm, located in Jericho, was formed in 2016 by owner Tucker Andrews. Thomas Case joined four years later, and together they developed an efficient production model that focuses on unique crops and soil health. Bone Mountain Farm has a keen interest in their winter squash production and is always trying new varieties. They primarily sell their products through wholesale opportunities and can be found at your local grocer like City Market or within the Green Mountain Farm to School program.
