Melanie brings her passions for food systems and community development to the Intervale Center. She is constantly inspired and motivated by the power of our community. She has worked at nonprofits across Vermont since graduating from UVM including the Vermont Youth Conservation Corps and Center for Whole Communities. She is thrilled to be building relationships that help strengthen and equip the Intervale Center to continue its 35+ years of food systems leadership. Outside of work she enjoys seeing live music, hiking, traveling, and eating her way across the globe.
