Kristen earned a degree in Environmental Studies with a focus in Justice and Sustainability at Saint Michael’s College, where she was involved in the local food system. After leading the crew on the campus farm, she went on to work at a local production farm and manage the Burlington Farmers Market. Through these opportunities, Kristen developed a passion for community development, sustainability, and local food systems. When not at the Intervale, she can be found swimming, cooking a meal, or working on one of her craft projects.
