Gabby grew up in Underhill, Vermont and went on to attend UVM to study Environmental Studies and Political Science. She found her love for working in food systems as an intern with Salvation Farms in Morrisville, VT and has worked in a variety of roles in agriculture, volunteer management, and food access since. She believes that food can be an incredible way to build community, economic, and environmental resiliency. In her free time, Gabby enjoys cooking with friends, walking in the woods, and trying to find the perfect swimming hole.
