FM is a Vermont farm and food evangelist and counts the Intervale Center as one of Burlington and Vermont’s most treasured organizations.  He’s thrilled to support the Intervale's incredible team and mission.  He, too, believes that good food can change the world.

FM’s career began at the University of Vermont before transitioning to the Vermont Cheesemakers Festival and then Vermont Creamery.  FM led brand and product for Vermont Creamery as the business grew to national prominence as one of the leading producers of cultured butter, goat cheese and specialty dairy.  Today, FM is leveraging these experiences to help small and mid-sized agricultural and food businesses grow.  Some of his clients include Vermont Glove, Red Wagon Plants, Shelburne Orchards and the Food Hub Collaborative / Vermont Housing & Conservation Board.
