Christopher has been working at the Intervale Center for three years as Lands Technician!. He was was looking for a way to get involved in the agriculture scene, specifically right here in Burlington, Vermont! He also was looking forward to a change after working in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) for 12 years! It was time for him to get out from behind a computer (and a cubicle) - quite literally since he spends so much of his time outdoors! Christopher’s degree was in GIS from UVM and he has worked in that field from coast to coast including for the government. Working at the Intervale Center has presented a great balance to his life. He loves that everyday there’s something new to do and to learn. More than anything he likes helping people get their jobs done! When Christopher isn’t at the Intervale Center you might catch him playing a gig with his band or skiing.
