September 2nd will mark the fifth and final Summervale of this weekly summer celebration with local food and a live performance from Songs & Stringstruments. Vermont troubadour Joe Adler & multi-instrumentalist Eric Segalstad present Songs & Stringstruments, a project focused around a batch of deeply personal, inward looking songs crafted by Adler during lockdown, and accompanied by Segalstad on a variety of string instruments that he has collected from around the world. What started as a chance meeting between the two musical adventurers more than a decade ago, has grown into a lasting friendship and unique musical collaboration. The live show features a full band that includes Tyler George-Minetti, Caleb Bronz, Tyler Bolles & Aya Inoue, and a new studio album recorded at Sabi Sound in Colchester, Vermont will be released in the fall of 2021.
