This educational talk will discuss the history of land use change in Vermont and its influence on wildlife populations over time, in particular, beaver, otter, bobcat, wolves, and coyotes. A celebration of the successes of 20th century conservation efforts that brought many of Vermont’s iconic species back from the brink of extinction.

Masks are suggested for participants.
